Dear Bonnie Academy Families and Community Members,
We want to thank each and every one of you for your patience and cooperation as we navigate the unique and evolving COVID 19 situation. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our students and staff.
Please be assured that we are in constant contact with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Currently we are following the guidelines set specifically for child care facilities by the state CDPH (California Department of Public Health) and federal CDC (Center for Disease Control) health authorities to combat the outbreak.
After reviewing the information provided by local health authorities we have decided to continue regular schedule at Bonnie Academy. There will be no school closure at this time. Should anything change in the coming days we will notify our families through social media and an announcement will be posted on our website (bonnieacademy.com).
Please note that one of the most important things we can do as a community to prevent the spread of the virus is to do the following:
- Staying home when sick
- Appropriately covering coughs and sneezes
- Cleaning frequently touched surfaces
- Washing hands often
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our entire community. We will continue to adjust our practices based on the information and recommendations from state and local health authorities and provide you with frequent updates in the coming days and weeks.
